What to take with you

The code is enough to identify yourself. You do not need cash: the amount has been in escrow since 9 Aug, and the seller can see that.

The seller cannot change this order and you cannot skip it. The only step that belongs to you is the fourth.

What reporting sets off

A reported deviation halts the automatic release. The money stays in escrow until both sides agree — it goes neither to the seller nor back to you.

The seller then has three days to answer, here until 15 Aug at 12:00 PM. He can refund, offer part of the amount, or refuse.

Without an agreement Eldergate Market decides within fourteen days on the listing text, the photos and the checklist. That is no substitute for a court: the legal route stays open to both sides.

A dispute starts in a yard, and yards rarely have signal. These four views are not a nicety here — they are the difference between $480 and $190.
