Service 01 — Websites

A website that brings in inquiries rather than merely existing.

Most company websites are business cards: they're there, but they don't work. We build sites where it's clear within five seconds what this is about, and where the path to an inquiry is shorter than the path to the back button.

Who it's forFor mid-sized companies that want qualified inquiries from their website — not more traffic, but better conversations.

Starting point

Where it usually goes wrong

Nobody understands what you actually offer

The homepage talks about the company instead of the visitor's problem. If three sentences in they still don't know whether they're in the right place, they leave.

The site loads too slowly

Every second of load time measurably costs visitors. Page builders drag along code your site will never need.

Inquiries don't arrive, or they're unusable

A contact form with twelve fields puts people off. One with two produces inquiries nobody can work with.

Demonstration

A visitor turns into an inquiry

The path the site walks every visitor down — from the first glance to the message sitting in your inbox.

  1. 01

    The visitor arrives

Within seconds they can tell what this is about — not your company history, but their own problem.

  2. 02

They find what they came for

Services, examples, answers. Every page offers a next step, and none of them is "back to the homepage".

  3. 03

    They write to you

A short form that asks for exactly the details you need in order to reply properly.

  4. 04

    The inquiry reaches you

Straight into your inbox, complete and traceable. No detour through a portal nobody wants to log into.

Scope

What you get

Structure before design
First we establish who arrives and what they're looking for. The layout follows from that — not the other way round.
Bespoke design
Hand-built, no theme and no page builder. Your site looks like your company, not like a thousand others.
Speed as a principle
Server-rendered, images in AVIF and WebP, fonts self-hosted. Target: under 1.5 seconds to the largest visible element.
Accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA
Contrast, keyboard operation, screen-reader structure. Accessibility law increasingly makes this a requirement for companies, not an extra.
Findable from day one
Clean semantic HTML, structured data, sitemap and metadata. Prepared for AI answer engines too.
Legally sound from the start
Legal notice, privacy policy and accessibility statement built in. Without third-party tracking no consent banner is legally required — and if you want one, we build it so that declining is exactly as easy as accepting.
Maintain content yourself
You get a walkthrough and written instructions. After that you change copy and images without us.
Handover without strings
Code, content and all credentials are yours. No license model, no lock-in.

Process

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Who should land on the site, what should happen next, what already exists.

  2. 02

    Structure & fixed price

Site structure, copy scaffold and a binding proposal with a fixed date.

  3. 03

    Design & build

A link shows you the current state at any time; you give feedback before anything is locked in.

  4. 04

    Launch & walkthrough

We go live, verify performance and accessibility, and show you how to maintain it.

Questions

What gets asked about this most

What does a website cost with you?

We quote fixed prices, not hourly rates. After the call you get a proposal with one number and one date — what's in it, stands. Starting prices per package are on the pricing page. If something new comes up mid-project, we discuss it first rather than quietly adding it to the invoice.

How long does a project take?

A company website typically runs three to five weeks, an app six to ten weeks plus the store review, a single automated workflow one to two weeks, an AI agent two to four weeks. The biggest variable isn't on our side — it's how quickly copy, images and access credentials arrive. The proposal states exactly what we need from you and when.

I already have a website. Does everything need rebuilding?

Not necessarily. In the call we look at what exists. Sometimes fixing load time, accessibility and the inquiry flow is enough — considerably cheaper than a rebuild. If a rebuild genuinely is the better answer, we'll tell you why.

What happens after launch?

Your choice. Either you take over — code, content and all credentials are fully yours, with no dependency on us. Or you take the retainer: updates, monitoring, security patches and ongoing development at a fixed monthly price, cancellable monthly. No annual contract, no notice period.
