Service 04 — AI for WhatsApp, Telegram & Instagram

Answer where your customers already write.

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp, in a Telegram chat or as an Instagram DM — often in the evening, often on weekends, often when nobody gets around to it. An AI assistant in those channels answers the recurring questions, takes orders and bookings, and confirms them with the time and address. It answers only from the information you give it, and hands over to a person as soon as a conversation needs more than an answer.

Who it's forFor businesses where a large share of inquiries arrives as a message — hair and beauty salons, nail studios, clinics, delivery services, restaurants, repair shops and small stores.

Starting point

Where it usually goes wrong

The message arrives when nobody is looking at the phone

Between two clients, in the middle of the dinner rush, after closing. Whoever has no answer after an hour asks the next salon — the slot was free, it just was never offered.

The same questions, every day

Hours, prices, “do you have anything open today?”, “where do I park?”. Each one is quick to answer; together they eat hours — on the owner's phone, not in any system.

Bookings get lost in the chat

“Thursday at three works” sits somewhere between photos and voice notes. No confirmation, no calendar entry, no reminder — until someone shows up nobody was expecting.

Demonstration

A booking request, answered while nobody is looking at the phone

The assistant asks, offers times, confirms the appointment — and hands over as soon as a person is needed.

  1. 01

    The message comes in

In the evening, on WhatsApp: “Do you have anything open tomorrow?” Instead of waiting until morning, the assistant replies right away.

  2. 02

    It asks what is needed

Which service, roughly when — with buttons instead of typing. Only as many questions as a booking takes.

  3. 03

Open times, a choice, a confirmation

It offers three open times from your calendar, takes the name and number, and sends the confirmation with the address.

  4. 04

A person takes over when it matters

A question that isn't a booking goes to the team — in the same chat, with the whole thread.

Scope

What you get

First: what it does NOT answer
Complaints, health questions, refund requests, anything that is advice. We agree up front on the topics where the assistant hands over to a person right away — and the hours when it says honestly that nobody is available.
Each channel looks like itself
Lists and buttons on WhatsApp, keyboard buttons in the Telegram bot, a reply to a story on Instagram. The customer stays in the app they know; nothing to install, no website to open.
Answers from your own information
Services, prices, hours, directions — kept in one place. What isn't there, the assistant doesn't make up; it says it doesn't know and passes the question on.
Bookings with options, a choice and a confirmation
It asks which service, offers open times from your calendar, takes the name and number and sends a confirmation with the date, time and address. The appointment is in your calendar before the chat is closed.
Orders that arrive complete
What, how many, when, where to, how it's paid — asked field by field until nothing is missing. The order reaches you as a job, not as a paragraph somebody has to retype.
Handoff to a person mid-chat
As soon as the customer asks, or the assistant is unsure, someone on your team takes over — in the same thread, with everything said so far. The customer never has to repeat themselves.
Consent sorted out beforehand
Anyone who writes first gets a reply. Anyone you want to message first — with a reminder, for instance — has to have opted in, and can opt out at any time. Which data is kept, and for how long, is settled before launch.
Every conversation on record
You see what was written and what the assistant did with it, and you can correct a reply or a booking. Whatever is no longer needed is deleted after the agreed period.

Process

How it runs

  1. 01

    Sort the messages

We look at what comes in: which questions, on which channel, at what times. That tells us what the assistant can take on — and what it explicitly shouldn't.

  2. 02

    Conversation flow & fixed price

Greeting, questions, handoff points, confirmation text. You read the flow before anything is built, and you get a fixed price for it.

  3. 03

Message it on a test number

You and your team write to the assistant before any customer does — with the questions that really come in, and the ones meant to throw it off.

  4. 04

    Go live & stay close

One channel first, then the next. For the first few weeks we read along and sharpen the places where replies were too long, too short or handed over too early.

Questions

What gets asked about this most

How do I know whether AI makes sense for me at all?

A good indicator: is there a task someone performs the same way several times a week, based on text or documents? Then it's worth a look. If there isn't, we'll say so — an AI agent solving a problem you don't have is just an expense.

How do you handle GDPR and tracking?

We use no third-party tracking services. This website is the example: it sets no consent-requiring cookies. That is why the notice on your first visit asks nothing about statistics or advertising — it only records your own decision, and declining there is exactly as easy as accepting. If you need a specific tool that works differently, we tell you the legal implications up front instead of just wiring it in.

How long does a project take?

A company website typically runs three to five weeks, an app six to ten weeks plus the store review, a single automated workflow one to two weeks, an AI agent two to four weeks. The biggest variable isn't on our side — it's how quickly copy, images and access credentials arrive. The proposal states exactly what we need from you and when.

What happens after launch?

Your choice. Either you take over — code, content and all credentials are fully yours, with no dependency on us. Or you take the retainer: updates, monitoring, security patches and ongoing development at a fixed monthly price, cancellable monthly. No annual contract, no notice period.
