Ordered by 4 pm, out the same day.

Unopened parts come back within 30 days without a reason. The window starts when the goods arrive, or with the last shipment where an order was split. An email or a letter is enough; the return form comes with every confirmation and you are not obliged to use it.

Excluded are parts made to your specification or clearly tailored to your machine — made-up belts, turned bushes, shafts to a drawing. The note appears on the part before it goes into the basket.

The same 30 days apply to trade customers as to private ones. Nobody obliges us to do that; we do it because a workshop that cannot send back the wrong bearing orders the next one somewhere else. No reason needed, no restocking fee. Where we draw the line: special orders sourced for you, and anything showing signs of having been installed.

You bear the cost of sending goods back. Where the fault is ours — wrong part sent, wrongly matched, damaged in transit — we pay the return postage and the replacement, and that holds even where our match was only graded "similar".
