The seller is Hargreaves Sheet Metal LLC, 4 Foundry Road, Boston, MA — a company. We checked the state business registration number and the sales tax permit number when the account was opened. The sale is concluded between you and that business; Ironvale Machinery Exchange is not the seller and does not become a party to the contract.

The seller is selling in the course of its trade to another business. It excludes the warranty by contract, as is usual and permitted between companies — the machine is sold as it was inspected. There is no return window either: consumer return policies do not apply here, and this marketplace is open only to registered businesses.

Condition according to the seller: hydraulics overhauled in 2019, original control, a tool set with six punches and four dies included. Service records from 2016 onwards will be produced at the viewing. We have measured none of it — what stands here is the seller's declaration, not our finding.

That is why a viewing is compulsory for this machine. It protects both sides: someone who has seen the machine under load objects less often afterwards — and if they do, they do it holding a record the escrow desk can rely on.
