Roofing, sealing, roof windows. On the board for four months — with two reviews, and that is written here exactly as it stands.

Swapping one in an existing opening usually takes a day per window; a new opening with the carpentry work is quoted after a survey.

Two roof windows in a day and the site left tidy. The quoted price held.
The date was moved twice, both times because of rain and both times with proper warning. The work itself was fine.
Checked on joining: the state business registration, the roofing contractor license and a current general liability policy. We hold copies and will quote the numbers on request. The contractor is therefore a licensed business — you are dealing with a company, not with a phone number.
Not checked: the quality of the work. We cannot do that, and we do not pretend otherwise. Two reviews are not a verdict — which is why the number is shown here rather than a star average, and why we leave the critical one standing.
The contract for the work is between you and Pemberton Roofing, not with us. We match, release the contact details after the award and then step out of it. Quote, staged payments, sign-off and invoice all happen without us.
If you are posting as a private client, the contract you sign at the kitchen table should say in writing how you can cancel it and by when. That is the contractor's to put in the contract; we remind them of it at the award, but the wording is theirs to give, not ours.
Inquiries run through a posting rather than a direct message. That way you see who else applies, and the contractor sees the same details as everyone else.
This demo took a few days. Your real site gets your content, your brand and your inquiry flow.
