Keeping listings current
Quantity, price and pickup days you change yourself, from a phone if you like. Once the quantity is gone the listing disappears instead of turning into an apology.

Required details in the right place
Unit price, seller status, your address and your return policy are placed by the marketplace on the listing, in the cart and on the confirmation. The wording is yours, the placement is ours.

Delivery into town
One round through town on Fridays. The $3.90 is paid by the buyer, not by you, and your statement is untouched by it.

What stays with you
When you join you declare whether you sell as a business or privately. As a business you show us the state business registration and the sales tax permit once; as a private seller your listings visibly carry the note that the sale is as-is, with no returns and no warranty. Anyone selling regularly and at scale is running a business even without a license — past thirty listings in a quarter we will ask.
Prices are entered as final prices including sales tax. For anything sold by weight, volume or count you add the unit price; that field cannot be skipped.
You store your return policy once. You can mark product groups as perishable — returns are then excluded for them, and the note sits on the listing rather than in the terms.
Complaints you answer yourself, within five working days. We forward them and hold the money, but we do not rule on your contract.

On the finished website, tapping the map opens the visitor's own maps app. This demo deliberately loads nothing from third parties.
